The neighbors smashed open the door and rescued the girl.

While people were calling the police, Pha took a knife and stabbed it into his own belly.

When people tried to hold back his hand, Pha persevered and the knife was thrust into his chest.

Pha was rushed to Military Hospital 87. His left ventricle was found pierced by 1.5 cm.

The victim told police Pha made her drink a yellow pill, after which she felt normal.

Pha is married with children.

His wife has given the victim’s family one tenth of a tael of gold and VND5 million as compensation.

Neighbors said Pha frequently had arguments with his wife and often talked to young girls and invited them out after performing some magic tricks.
