Cambodian links stronger, says NA Chairman

Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Sinh Hung on Feb. 21 affirmed that Vietnam always prioritises boosting the traditional friendship and comprehensive cooperation with Cambodia.

He made the statement while receiving a delegation from the Cambodian National Assembly Committee for External Affairs, International Cooperation, Information and Media, led by its Chairman, Chheang Vun.

Hung suggested the two parliaments' external affairs committees should pay attention to boost the two countries' cooperation in various fields and create favourable conditions for the celebration actitivities on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the establishment of the two countries' bilateral relations.

Chheang Vun highly appreciated Vietnam 's assistance to Cambodia in the past years and informed his host of the working results between the two parliaments' committees for external affairs.

He affirmed that Cambodia will make every effort to improve relations between the two countries.
