Vietnamese version people reality show airs

HCM CITY — Ngoi Nha Am Nhac (Music House), a version of america reality music show Star Academy, will start tomorrow on HCM City Television's HTV7 funnel.

The 3-month live show is involves 16 participants aged 16-3 decades old who display their singing and dancing abilities.

The participants stay together for some time and are trained by professional performers and music artists.

They'll perform while watching jury and audiences, who'll election and eliminate among the participants each week.

A lot more than 5,000 people took part in the show's selective models that closed recently in Ha Noi, HCM City and also the Tay Nguyen (Central Highlands) town of Buon Me Thuot.

The 16 runners up were selected by composers Phuong Uyen, Le Quang and Luu Thien Huong, performers Siu Black and Ngoc Anh, and music lecturer Ha Thuy from the Military College of Arts and Culture.

They'll perform on stage under training from several skilled performers and ballroom dancers, including Nam Khanh, Khanh Thi, Tran Ly Ly, and Bulgarian dancer Alexender Vachev.

Designers Tuan Tran and Anh Thu, proprietors from the brandnames Centoria and Joli Poli, will even join the training team.

The champion will get VND300 million (US$15,000) in cash. The 2 runners-up will share VND300 million.

"Hopefully Ngoi Nha Am Nhac won't entertain but additionally provide audiences with understanding about music and dance," youthful songwriter Nguyen Hong Thuan, part of the show's, stated.

The show is created by Cat Tien Sa, among the city's leading entertainment agencies, in co-operation using its partner, HTV.

It will likely be broadcast on HTV 7 every Friday.
